I had a wonderful stay - the hotel staff was welcoming and very accommodating. They provided excellent customer service and the hotel facilities were in superb condition. Additionally, the location was ideal for me as it was only a few minutes' walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel also impressed me, as the rooms were spotless and tidy. I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which featured a varied selection of food to choose from.

the staff was friendly and helpful, which made our check, in and check, out processes seamless. the location was also ideal since it was just a short walk from many great restaurants and shops. Plus, the free Wi, Fi was super fast and reliable.

The hotel did not provide enough noise isolation, which made it hard to sleep at times. We could hear everything going on outside and even in other rooms.

This hotel is a good option if you want to be near restaurants and stores. the clean rooms and friendly staff are definitely a plus. You can also enjoy the great location of this hotel, close to historic sites and the El Poblado neighborhood. the wifi works well, which is useful if you need to stay connected.

Be aware that some rooms may be noisy due to the surrounding area.

The rooms were very clean and the location was convenient, just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. The friendly staff ensured that the wifi worked well throughout my stay.

The noise insulation was poor and the road noise was noticeable, especially if you are a light sleeper. Also, the lack of elevators to the lobby and other floors was a bit of a hassle.
